code entry
After switching on the set will display 'CODE'. This may be entered by first pressing the preset 1 key followed by pressing the station < or > keys until the first code digit is reached. Press preset 1 again for the second digit and repeat this procedure until all four digits have been entered. Finally, after pressing preset 1 for the last time, the set will operate.
deactivating the code
Press and hold the station > key and switch the set on. The display will show 'CODE'. Enter the code as described above. The set will now be uncoded.
reactivating the code
Press and hold the station > key and switch the set on. This will activate the security code.
