This repair voucher covers the provision of our VDO/Vauhall not switching on/volume control wobbles! repair service, including return courier delivery.

Once you have booked this service via our Repairs section, as set out above, please purchase this repair voucher to complete the transaction. We will then provide you with details on safely packing your unit and sending it to us.
This is to repair not switching on/wobberly volume control fault ONLY

Please supply detachable panel and radio code
Should any other faults be found, an estimate will be issued.
Please Note: The minimum charge will be payable should the estimate be refused.
This repair includes a 3 month warranty from date of invoice.
The warranty only applies on faults appertaining to the original complaint and excludes any cosmetic parts.

How long with my repair take? - Turn around time is 5 to 10 working days from receipt of repair.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your item is packed securely and with adequate packaging, please also remember to send by recorded delivery. we will not be held responsible for any units received damaged in the post or items that are lost.
