Delivery and Returns Information
We aim to deliver within seven days. However, deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to circumstances outside our control. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or refund.
We do our utmost to ensure that orders are despatched using a reputable service using address and other details supplied by you as our customer. Through our online service, you are able to keep track of your order, view details relating to the despatch of your order and to communicate with us. Where a courier service is used, this may include web tracking instructions and references to enable you to communicate with our designated courier to help arrange delivery.
Delivery outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Where you wish to return any or all products ordered, be they faulty or for other reasons, you should contact us using the e-mail form on this website or through the other means of contact set out on our contact us page. A returns authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning any or all items, which will help us process your returns and any applicable replacement or refund in a timely fashion.
Except where they are faulty, spare parts are non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they order the correct part for their unit. However, at its sole discretion, Blue ICE may choose to accept spare parts that have been ordered incorrectly, subject to a 20% restocking charge.
More generally and subject to your statutory rights, we retain the right to refuse to accept goods for return where they are not faulty, but will endeavour to reach a mutually acceptable arrangement with our customer in relation to the goods.
Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask you to please notify us using the contact us page giving your name and order number. We will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund any specific delivery charges that you incurred for that item over and above our standard delivery rate;
- where you are returning your entire order, we will refund the standard delivery charge incurred.
