This voucher covers our minimum repair charge, which includes inspection, repair, parts up to the value of £10, testing and securely packaging the unit, plus return delivery.

If additional parts are required, we will contact you and issue a payment request for the relevant amount. You can choose either to settle this via the secure payment servers (including making payment by debit/credit card) or, if not economically viable, to end the repair service at this point.

Once you have booked this service via our Repairs section, as set out above, please purchase this repair voucher to complete the transaction. We will then provide you with details on safely packing your unit and sending it to us.
