code entry
After switching on 'code entry' displays. Press TP and TA together for approximately5 seconds and the number 1000 will be displayed. Enter code via preset keys 1 - 4 followed by pressing (and holding) TP and TA again for a few seconds. 'LEARN' will then display followed by operation of the radio.
deactivating the code
Once the correct code has been entered it does not appear possible to deactivate the code from the front panel of the radio.
reactivating the code
Use the same procedure as above in Code Entry.
