code entry
After switching on the set will display 'SEC'. Press the ^ key and hold while also pressing preset 1 key. The display will change to -. Enter the 3 digit code using presets 1 - 3 followed by pressing the SDK key. The set will then display 'SEC' briefly then switch off. Switch the set back on and it will operate normally.
deactivating the code
Press and hold preset keys 1 and 6 and switch on. 'SEC' will display. Entry of the code as described above will cause the set to display - and switch off. The code is now turned off.
reactivating the code
Follow the same procedure as for deactivating the code. You may now enter either the existing code or a new one.
