code entry
After switching on the display shows 'CODE'. Press the CPS button and '0000' will be displayed. Enter the code via presets 1 - 4 followed by pressing the RH station rocker key to accept.
deactivating the code
Press and hold preset keys 1 and 4, switch on the radio and 'CODE' will display. Press the CPS key and '0000' will display. Enter the code using preset keys 1 - 4 followed by the RH station rocker key to accept. The display will briefly show 'Clr' indicating that the code has been disabled.
activating the code
Press and hold preset keys 1 and 4 and switch on the radio. 'CODE' will be displayed briefly indicating that the security has been enabled.
