code entry:
After switching on the set will display 'CODE IN'. Pressing one of the station preset keys 1 - 4 will change the display to '0000'. Enter the code using preset keys 1 - 4 and then press the PS/AS key to accept and the set will operate.
deactivating the code:
Hold in preset keys 1 and 4 while switching the set on. The set will display 'CODE IN'. Now switch the unit off. Hold in preset keys 1 and 4 again while switching the set on. The display should now read '0000'. Enter the code as described above and the display will flash 'CLEAR'. The code is now disabled
reactivating the code:
Hold in preset keys 1 and 4 while switching the set on. 'CODE IN' will flash indicating that the code function is now active.
