When powered, set displays CODE which will be flashing. Press preset 1 key and 000 0 should display. Enter the 4 digit code using the DX key for the first digit and preset keys 1 - 3 for the remaining 3 digits, followed by the BAND key. Re-enter the code as confirmation and the set will switch on.
